La Belle Déception ~ this beautiful exhibition took place in November 2023 and will be revisited as a three-part Calendar series, each one released over the next three years… With the help of the talented Gin Pineau,
we are very excited to present this brand new Calendar design, inspired by Klaus Kamperts
2008 ‘Water Moves’ Calendar.
12 selected images will be featured each month, and if well received, then series 2 and 3 will be released the following 2 years. So fingers crossed all goes well, as they are very special art pieces to have hung up in your special home, but as always, lm biased!?!

Calendar Size: 44.5cm x 32cm
Delivery Date: Early September…

About: Inspired by the bubbling early stages of love, and the sudden ‘la belle déception’
(which translates as ‘the beautiful letdown’) into the unavoidable heartbreak and despair, followed by the need to cocoon, soothe, heal, and struggle forward to start again.
Artist Tams captures this bittersweet part of life with a sense of beauty and grace, showing how it can be made bearable, and even produce something exquisite from the ashes of destruction.

La Belle Déception is a raw, evocative collection exploring the highs and lows of Love – relatable to all living creatures. Bold brush strokes in oil encompass a messy sense of abandonment and freedom, guided by her heart and intuition. An ironic creative contrast to Tam’s dance career and the never-ending quest of striving for perfect lines.

Her colourful carefree life translates through vibrant marks on canvas, allowing her inner emotions and essence to shine through with complete transparency. Each piece is paired with a tender heart story, some tying in her past days dancing in Paris, others from the present & and some from the unknown future…

……………………………………………….

As always, there will be a special offer until September 11th – anyone who pre-pays their calendar right now will receive a secret SS A5 bonus print, undecided which image yet but will let you know soon…

Will be sure to post a sneak peek of a few pages down the track – watch this space, my friends…
Much love n’ light, tx

PLS TAKE NOTE – WILL REFUND ANY HICCUPS WITH POSTAGE COMBINING…
Super sorry in advance. xx
