Amy has worked her ass off in every direction ~ furthering her yoga skill & learning with passion, integrity, confidence and an open heart. She is constantly encouraging others to uncover the deeper layers of their self ~ to initiate change, growth and healing.
I would deeply love to live closer to her so l could practice with her and bounce off her hunger to want to be the best possible version of herself.
