Traralgon Cancer Council ~ High Tea

 A dear friend of mine, Mariana Pearse ever so humbly asked if l would mind helping out with her very special High Tea Coming up. She’s a part of the Traralgon branch of the Cancer Council and they have more than 350 wonderful souls attend each year.

Of course I said ‘yes’ and have already put together a few Soul Stories creations for her special day. I honestly love helping out as much as I can, especially when it comes to anything about illnesses and local friends in need.

The Traralgon Branch was started in 1981, and there are still members of the group who attend meetings on a monthly basis. In that time the group has raised in excess of $900,000 for Cancer Research. There are a number of events held every year.

There biggest event of the year is all about the High Afternoon Tea in August, and has been popular with the ladies for the last 5 years. They have enormous support from the community who donate with money and goods suitable to rafflle/fundraise with ~ and now Soul Stories will be a little part of their special community. All proceeds raised go towards Cancer Research.
