Good morning Monday - our week of new beginnings… 🌱

Despite how brrr it’s getting, I’m Currently starting the days with an easy paced country morning walk.
I find it’s nice way to warm up before I jump on the yoga mat and as the straight lined clear silhouette suggests, gives me a sense of clarity - when we all know life is far from that…
I also feel all of my senses are very present and whilst not focussed on anything in particular, all of the best ideas, stories and answers to my dilemmas seem to creep out and walk along beside me…

How are you starting your days?! Is it calm? A little crazy? Are you giving yourself permission to slow down and breathe in your day?
.
Ideally I’d love to be able to sit still and meditate - but I find what works best for me is a moving meditation, ie: yoga, walking, hiking…
Keep playing and being curious to see what works best for you - and if it’s not quite working for you, then keep taking time and courage to find what does…
